This Privacy Policy explains how Broadcast Media Inc (d/b/a USEquity.net) ("USEquity," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with usequity.net (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to this Policy.

When you opt in to updates, contact us, or otherwise submit information, we collect what you provide — for example, your mobile telephone number, email address, and the contents of your message.

2. How we use information

3. SMS / text messaging
If you opt in to text updates, we use your mobile number solely to send the messages described in our Messaging Terms. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in information or consent with any third party for their own marketing purposes. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

We do not sell personal information for money. We share information only:
- with service providers who process it on our behalf (for example, hosting, analytics, and messaging delivery) under contractual confidentiality obligations;

5. Your rights — U.S. state privacy laws (CCPA/CPRA and similar)
