Messaging Terms

These Messaging Terms govern the USEquity Brief text-message program (the "Program") operated by Broadcast Media Inc (d/b/a USEquity.net) ("USEquity," "we," "us").

1. Program description

The Program sends automated promotional messages. By opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages (SMS/MMS) from USEquity at the mobile number you provide. Consent is obtained when you submit your number through a Program form and check the consent box. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

2. Consent is not a condition

Your consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on user interaction.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan. We do not charge for the messages themselves.

5. Opt out — STOP

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. We will send one confirmation and then stop sending Program messages. To rejoin, opt in again.

6. Help — HELP

7. Supported carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers and deliverability may change without notice.

8. Privacy

Information you provide is handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for their marketing.

We may update these Messaging Terms; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
